Remarkably, regulation in our marketplace is voluntary. Anybody can operate as a letting agent and be responsible for large sums of Client money. All too often, we hear of yet another firm embezzling Client funds, or another rogue Agent disappearing with the contents of their Client account.

As an ARLA Propertymark licensed member firm, we adhere to a robust code of practice, all Client funds are held in separate bonded, and ring-fenced Client accounts, which are independently annually audited and protected by the ARLA Propertymark Client Money Protection Scheme. Choosing to be regulated speaks volumes for a firm.
